Overview
If you notice that your order is broken or damaged upon receipt you have 30 days in which to return the item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
To complete your return, we require you to email us immediately after receiving your product complete with pictures of the broken/damaged item and packaging. We take great care to package our items appropriately so they arrive to you in the same condition we sent them. However, if they are damaged in transit we do require proof so we can make an appropriate claim with our courier.
Returns will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will include the original price paid for the item, minus shipping fees. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We can also replace items instead of a refund. However, the original damaged item must be returned and received before another is sent out.
Shipping returns
As the purchaser, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
